Much to the delight of Mr. Falcon, the Dodgers have now signed a backup catcher. Gary Bennett comes to us from St. Louis where he got roughly 150 ABs last year and basically sucked at baseball for a living.
In addition to being a shitty player, Mr. Bennett is also known for his cameo in the recently released Mitchell Report (it got its ass kicked at the box office by that Will Smith movie so you may have missed it). Apparently we couldn't find a horrible backup catcher without a shady past. That sound you hear is me reluctantly getting off my high horse. Thanks Ned.
